Option to save Report Filters for the next time the same report is accessed.
Users have the option of saving their report filters. This will allow the automatic loading of the same filters next time the same report is accessed.
Each report from the toolbar supports a Set as Default Filter icon button :
How does it work...
You access the report, set the report filters as you want to see them and then save them by clicking on the icon.
When current filter settings are saved (to be used as default filter), the next time the user opens the same report, the filter control values will be auto-preset according to saved defaults.
- Date value filter defaults will not be stored for reports that have Start Date – End Date filters;
- This functionality is not available for the old (Crystal) reports. Crystal Reports can be recognized with the word (V1) after the title of the report.
