Automatic Spell Checking on Service/ Parts Invoices
To allow Dealers the option of spell checking Service Order Invoice, Warranty and Insurance Claims.
Spell check will run automatically. If the system recognizes that there is a spelling error, it will indicate it by underlining the word in red.
By right clicking on the red word(s), it will give you options to correct the spelling (list of options) / ignore the word completely or add the word to the dictionary.
This feature is available in:
- Service Order Invoices - Concern / Cause / Correction, Service Recommendations and Warranty Text;
- Warranty and Insurance claims;
- System Settings > Miscellaneous > Warranty Text.
