Something is happening that is preventing you from working:
- Have you asked others in your dealership that may have additional knowledge on the subject for their advice?;
- Have you gotten out of the transaction completely and tried again?;
- Can you recreate the problem in your training database?;
- Have you documented the problem and the error message, if applicable?
If you still need help, please email support with the following information:
- Summary of the problem;
- Details on the steps taken to get to this point;
- Document numbers (PO, invoice, ...);
- What you’ve tried to solve it;
- Screen captures if possible.
