The purpose of this enhancement is for the user to be able to change the status back to “Returned with Errors” after a Warranty Claim has been submitted.

A Warranty Claim can now be set back to status "Returned With Errors" after it has been submitted.
Restriction: If the originating Service Order has already been closed (status PAID or CHARGE ON ACCOUNT), the system will not allow the user to set a Submitted Warranty Claim status back to Returned With Errors.
