Unit Deal F&I Penetration
When to Use: Weekly / Monthly
When to Use: Weekly / Monthly
Purpose
- Monitor the penetration of F&I products — including financing, insurance and ESP sold in unit deals.
Steps
- From the DealerVu main screen, click on My Reports > Unit Reports > Unit Productivity Reports;
- Double-click on the Unit Deal F&I Penetration report;
- Choose Start and End dates, then click the Refresh button to generate the report.

Employee Deal Commission
When to Use: Month-end
When to Use: Month-end
Purpose
- Calculate incentive compensation based on commissions entered on the Commissions tab of each deal.
Steps
- From the DealerVu main screen, click on My Reports > Unit Reports > Unit Productivity Reports;
- Double-click on the Employee Deal Commission report;
- Make the selections based on what you wish to see on the report, then click on the Refresh button to generate the report.

Unit Sales in Last 60 Days
When to Use: Month-end
When to Use: Month-end
Purpose
- Identify Customers who have recently purchased units and ensure that they have been contacted for follow-up.
Steps
- From the DealerVu main screen, click on My Reports > Unit Reports > Unit Sales Reports;
- Double-click on the Unit Sales in Last 60 Days report. The Enter Parameter Values window will appear;
- Make the selections based on what you wish to see on the report, then click on the OK button to generate the report – this report must be exported to excel.

Unit Sales History
When to Use: Month-end
When to Use: Month-end
Purpose
- Identify Customers who recently purchased a unit but did not purchase ESP;
- Create follow-up lists for potential after-deal sales.
Steps
- From the DealerVu main screen, click on My Reports > Unit Reports > Unit Sales Reports;
- Double-click on the Unit Sales History report;
- Make the selections based on what you wish to see on the report, then click on the Refresh button to generate the report.

Customer Value
When to Use: Month-end
When to Use: Month-end
Purpose
- Identify the top Customers for unit sales for Customer satisfaction follow-up and thank them for their business.
Steps
- From the DealerVu main screen, click on My Reports > Accounting Reports > General Customer Reports;
- Double-click on the Customer Value report;
- Choose Start and End dates, and then click the Refresh button. The Enter Parameter Values window will appear;
- Make the selections based on what you wish to see on the report, then click on the Refresh button to generate the report.
