The Warranty Text application has been updated to allow the creation of A/R specific messages
The Warranty Text application has been updated to allow the creation of A/R specific messages as seen here:
Once you have created you’re A/R messages, you will then need to update Miscellaneous Settings to tell the system which message to use on customer statements for each aging period.
This is found in System Settings > Miscellaneous > Miscellaneous Settings
On the customer statements you will now see these messages appear based on the aging of the customers account.
The system will select a warranty text to include here based on the aging reported on the statement and will use the text which meets one of the following conditions (only the first one which is TRUE will apply):
- “Over 90 Days” aging is greater than Zero – use “A/R Aging Warranty Text – over 90”
- “61 – 90 Days” aging is greater than Zero – use “A/R Aging Warranty Text – 61-90”
- “31 – 60 Days” aging is greater than Zero – use “A/R Aging Warranty Text – 31-60”
- “Current” aging is greater than Zero – use “A/R Aging Warranty Text – Current”
If all aging periods are equal to or less than Zero, the text block will be left blank.
